1. Service description
Ay Sonu is a personal budgeting app that lets you track income, expenses, credit card debts, instalments and subscriptions you enter yourself, on your device. The app is not a bank, payment institution or financial institution.
2. Not financial advice
Totals, remaining amounts and projections shown in the app are based solely on the data you enter. They do not constitute investment, tax or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
3. Accuracy of data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Incorrect or incomplete entries may produce incorrect totals. Your bank statement should always be treated as authoritative.
4. Backup responsibility
Data is stored on the device and may be lost if the device is lost, fails or the app is removed. Making regular backups is your responsibility.
5. Licence
The app grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or distribute the app without permission.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, to record another person’s data without permission, or to compromise security.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. The developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including data loss, incorrect calculations, missed payments or penalties imposed by third parties.
8. Intellectual property
The app name, logo, design and code belong to the developer. Third-party trademarks used in content (such as bank names) belong to their respective owners.
9. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated. The current version is published in the app. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may stop using the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
