Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travio application (“App”). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify or distribute the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Accounts and your responsibilities
The App does not require an account. You are responsible for the device on which you use the App and for keeping it secure.
You agree to comply with applicable law and these Terms while using the App.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others
- Introduce malware or any code designed to disrupt the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or related systems
- Extract data from the App by automated means without our permission
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the App
Intellectual property
The App and its content — including text, graphics, logos and software — belong to Gokksoft or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Third-party services and links
The App is distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
Travel information
Travel details you enter are your own. Any third-party information you rely on while travelling is subject to that provider’s accuracy and terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
